Outlook Passwortänderung - Zugriff auf SMTP Server funktioniert nicht

Hallo,
ich versuche in Outlook das Passwort für meinen T-Online Account zu ändern.
Wenn ich das in den Kontoeinstellungen mit dem Server synchronisieren möchte, bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
Versuche ich das über Kontoeinstellungen > Reparieren, funktioniert das auch nicht.
Was kann ich tun?
