am Mittwoch Techniker Termin, Router noch nicht da!

Moin ihr, hab ein Problem wie schon in der Fragestellung erwähnt, mein Router ist noch nicht da! und am Mittwoch kommt der Techniker? jetzt weiß ich nicht ob mir überhaupt ein Router zusteht oder sonstiges, eine Email oder so das er Losgeschickt wurde habe ich bisweil nicht bekommen?
