When I try to call the 0800 3301080 english help line I get asked to call back later.
I need to arrange to move my DSL service.

Have you tried to call the regular customer service 08003301000 ?
A lot of the employes are speaking english.
Your other chance is to search for your next Telekom Shop
http://www.telekomshop.de
There you can see the spoken languages in the shop.

Thanks, but when I ask for english support they put me through to the english line which says "Call back later" and hangs up.

Hi Karsten,
Thanks, yes I eventually managed to get a direct number to the moving team and they where able to help me.
I would like to say that despite my bad German (i'm sorry) which is probably to blame for the confusion, most of the people I spoke to tried there best to help and where very friendly.
