Hello,

I have opted for MagentaZuhause XXL Glass fiber 500mbps internet connection which is suppose to get activate on July 17, XXX-XXX, but due to German recession I lost my Job, hence would like to cancel my MagentaZuhause XXL Glass fiber 500mbps internet connection. I am not getting the phone number or email id to request for cancellation with English support.

Request you to kindly help for the cancellation.
