Glass Fiber connection

I applied to move from DSL to glass fibre connection in my apartment since February but nothing has been done yet. the building already has glass fibre connection in place and I just need them to come fix the socket in my apartment but this has been impossible. The DSL connection has been so shitty and currently affecting my job. I have called several times and they keep telling me connection is until next year but when I tried getting a new contract online, it says expansion is happening  already.

Is the available dates only for new customers? I am already regretting my decision to choose Telekom internet.

 I really don't know what else to do at this point as I am getting really frustrated with this Telekom internet issue. Please give me a date already!

      As discussed, please keep an eye on the performance of your current landline connection. It should be fine after yesterday's appointment. If not, let us know.

      I will try to reach out to our local partner for the appointment for the installation of the fiber outlet again on Monday. Afterwards, I will contact you.

      I could not find any issue with the connection from our end but checking your network connections at home raised a couple of flags.

       

      Currently, my theory is, that the issues stem from your Wi-Fi connection. We discussed two possible solution. In the short term taking the hardware for 10 minutes from power can solve issues. Long term you should try a different spot for the router.

      Thanks so much for your help and it was a pleasure speaking with you too.. I have changed the location of the WIFI as advised and still observing if signal gets better.

      @Omomary You mean the access data? You received a letter with the Zugangsnummer, personal password and "Anschlusskennung.
