Every 2-3 years we get a letter from a collection agency from an overdue bill from 2017 from a cancelled contract from Deutsche Telekom. We have paid a few of them in hopes to close it all out and not have to fight it. We received another one and would like to understand what is going on and how much longer this must go on.
