Early Contract Termination Not Processed – Please Help

I've been trying to cancel my internet contract early but have run into several issues along the way.

First, I attempted to cancel through the My Magenta app, but there was no option for early cancellation in the form. I proceeded anyway, only to receive a confirmation showing a termination date nearly two years from now — the end of my contract rather than an early exit.

I then reached out to Telekom chat support, where an agent told me they would first cancel the existing cancellation request and then process an early termination. While I did receive a confirmation for the cancellation of the two-year termination, I never received anything confirming the early termination itself.

I contacted Telekom chat again, and this time they directed me to a different cancellation form. I filled it out and submitted it, but have received no response since.

Finally, I visited a Telekom store in person, but the staff turned me away without looking into my account, simply stating that cancellations can only be handled online.

I've seen other posts in this community where members have been really helpful, so I'm hoping someone here can assist me. Unfortunately, my German isn't strong enough to feel confident calling Telekom's phone support, so I haven't been able to try that route.

Could anyone from the community please help me resolve this?
