Email (or English) support for changing Glasfaser Modem ID

Hello,

I have seen that others have been able to get assistance here to change their Modem ID after purchasing a new modem.

I have tried to use the support number but as my German is not good I got confused with which options to choose! Is there an English support line or is someone here able to assist by email or messaging?

      Hello @user_92c16c, I just tried to call you on your cell phone number, but without success. To change your Modem ID you have to be at home because we need the current Modem ID and the new one. Please let me know when we can reach you best.

      I'm glad the connection with the new modem works properly now. 🙂

      Additionally I took care of booing your return-label for the old router. You'll receive that via e-mail by the end of July when you're no longer bound to the device's rent.
