(ENG) PPPoE - Fehler

Good afternoon,

 

For about 1 week now the DSL Sync is going wild. The router cannot establish a connection to the main servers on Telekom's side. Anyway you guys can check the/move me to a better gateway?

It started with short downtimes and got back up but since today it can't make any connection.

I'm using the Speedport Smart 3 with firmware updates 'on'. Logs can be found attached.

      Hi,

      Yes I did that check a few times but unfortunately Telekom's website logs me out and the process is interrupted.

      My router is sitting in front of me and keeps doing the same thing. Also I keep track of the logfile and same result 

      (R013-0) PPPoE-Fehler: DSL-Synchronisierung verloren.

      (R006) DSL ANTWORTET NICHT (KEINE DSL-SYNCHRONISIERUNG MÖGLICH). 

      Saw a couple of threads with the same problem and figured someone from tech support needs to have a look.

      Funny thing is that it worked perfectly for almost 3 years. Not one single problem..and starting last week (Friday I think) it just keeps doing this endless looping.

      Since you have a problem on the line, report fault.
      There is a line defect between the distributor and the socket in the apartment.
      Report disruption.
      If no fault is recorded contact me via PM

      Hello,

       

      The technician was here just a few minutes ago. Seems like there is a problem with the distribution node located outside on the street. Unfortunately the Telekom employee has to send an expert to review why there are so many data pakets lost over the network.  This is the reason for the error below. Hope this thread helps others aswell

      Yes, the technician has arranged that the ticket will be given to an expert. This will take some time.
