While I understand that I have the option to cancel my contract when I relocate to an area not covered by Telekom, I faced a significant issue during my previous attempt to cancel. Despite the lack of coverage, Telekom proceeded to charge me a moving fee and refused to process the cancellation. This situation has left me frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to be in a position where I'm compelled to move due to the inadequate coverage, only to be met with charges and an inability to terminate the contract. I am hoping for a fair resolution to this Matter .
Obwohl ich meinen Vertrag kündigen kann, wenn ich an einen anderen Ort ziehe und die Telekom den Bereich, in dem ich lebe, nicht abdeckt, wurde mir beim letzten Versuch, ihn zu kündigen, lediglich die Umzugsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt, und eine Kündigung wurde nicht akzeptiert. Was kann ich in dieser Angelegenheit unternehmen? Es ist sehr frustrierend, dass ich aufgrund der fehlenden Abdeckung gezwungen bin umzuziehen, aber dann noch mit Gebühren belastet werde und der Vertrag nicht gekündigt werden kann. Ich erwarte eine angemessene Lösung für dieses Problem.

Maybe it could be a good idea to come up with more detailled information on how you found out that there is no service from Telekom in the new location. And how you ordered to move the contract/how you did the cancellation.
Hint: it is Telekom that must say that they cannot provide service in the new location.It is not you to decide, because you do not have all the required information.

@muc80337_2 Hi, I checked with coverage checker (telekom.de), the map shows it doesn't cover my place. After I sent the request, they didn't tell me the area is covered or not but only sent the receipt of fee.

This is not relevant if it comes to cancelling the contract.
The outcome might be the very same in most cases if Telekom checks themselves. But not in all cases. The coverage checker does not always tell the whole truth, it is a mere indication. Hence you have a process problem. It is Telekom that must decide whether they can provide service or not.

Actually @Belana M. wanted a time frame, not a time - as it is much more difficult to schedule a time, rather than a time frame.
Is 13:00 - 16:00 as time frame o.k. for the mentioned days?

Thank you very much for another pleasant conversation earlier 🙏🏽 As discussed, the line can be moved 1 to 1 to the new address. This means that there is no special right of termination. As agreed, I have now terminated the line at the end of the contract term.
