Fritz Box 7590 Störung

Hi,
I am sorry that i need to write in English as my German is writing is not good!
I had changed my interent tarif from 16 Mbps t0 250 Mbps. I was given an appointment that the connection will be active since 27.03.2019 evening 21:00 hrs. But it didnt work as said. I got an sms that the connection is active but my interent was compeltely dead. I called the customer care service and they said that there has been a mistake and that the new spped connection needs a VDSL modem and my old modem will not work . So now I have pruchaed a new 7590 Fritz box modem and it still doesnt work. I called the customer care and he tells me that only a technic person will come on Wednesday.
Its been 4 days without interent and I am unable to do anywork. I am using up my mobile interent connection thru hotspot to write you and am really dissapointed with Telekom. Without interent has really stopped a lot of work for me. What would Telekom do if you guys lost interent connection for 4 days ? How much would that cost url ? can you imagine my problem ?
I request you to find an immediate soltuion for this problem please.

Hi,
Today the telekom technician arrvied in the evening and solved the problem . I am back online now and everything works. He explained that there was a mis match in the connection process outside in the main box and that was the reason behind no connection.
All is well now. Thank you!
