Glasfaser erforderliche Hardware

Hallo Miteinander,

 

in der in Bälde zu beziehenden Wohnung ist angeblich Galsfaser möglich, siehe Anschlussdose. Welche Hardware ist hierfür zwingend erforderlich? Die berits vorhandene Hardware (Kabel-Vodafone) wird natürlich nicht weiter genutzt, da Mietgeräte.

 

Wird das Modem von der Telekom gestellt oder bin ich da frei in der Wahl und wie ist es bei Glasfaser mit der Telefonie?
