Hello, I would have a question for my glasfaser internet. I bought a modem and subscription, but there is no fiber optic cable input in the socket in my house, there is only an internet cable input. will any action be taken? can I get information?
ı have speedport plus 4 problem is ı dont have glasfaser kable entry at in my apartment just blue internet kable please help

Only FTTB (fiber to the building) was built, so the fiber ends in the basement. The last few meters in the apartment then run via copper cable again.

ı plug in to speedport but it doesent work . should ı plug nin glasfaser cable ( yellow thin)

Which Speedport do you have?
Ist has so be a Speedport Smart 4 Plus (or named Speedport Smart Glasfaser)
You also received the activation mail?

yes glasfaser modem also ı received activation mail but my problem is that the internet is not working and I don't need to plug in the fiber optic cable?

No need to plug in the fiber optic cable. Just use a LAN cable and plug it in like on this picture:
Then start the activation via link in the mail.

Thank you so much and also i need activation mail again how can i get ? Because i did this with my old modem( ı sent it return)
