Glasfaser Modem lässt sich nicht registrieren

Hallo, seit Freitag versuche ich den neuen Glasfaser Router anzumelden… aber es kommt immer die Fehlermeldung „ Ihr Glasfaser Modem, konnte nicht erkannt werden“

ich habe alles mögliche Probiert, was muß ich machen , damit ich den Anschluss nutzen kann?
