How can I Withdraw from wifi in 14 days? They still did not give me the box and the connection termin is on the 21st of september.

Hello, I applied to telekom wifi on the 7th of September. they sent me an email saying that they will come to connect on the 21st of September. But I won't move into this flat so I don't need the wifi after all. How can I withdraw by using my 14-days right ? I can't find any email address to write to

In order to have this right you need to have applied either online or via phone (or using a letter) - and then you should have received a respective clarification on how to do the withdrawal. This clarification comes together with the confirmation that clarifies the date (in your case the 21st date)

Pls do note that you do not have such withdrawal right in case you have applied in a shop.
