How to contact Telekom customer support in English?

Hello, I don't speak German. I recently canceled my MagentaZuhause L connection and received a cancellation letter from Telekom, which includes instructions for returning the devices. However, I have already paid for everything when I initially got this connection and do not have any devices to return. Could you please clarify why I received these instructions? Tried calling customer service but get some auto-generated German message with it. How to contact Telekom customer support in English?

      There are also teams here in the community who provide English support.

       

      Please enter everything in your profile

      • Customer number (if available)
      • Mobile phone number (mandatory, a call is required for authentication purposes. If you don't have a mobile phone, enter an alternative number)
      • Further information (here you can enter the time period when you can best be reached, e.g. order number, etc., everything that is important for the team.

       

       

      The team is here every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (7 days).

      Therefore, it would be good to give generous times when people can call you.

      e.g. 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., ...

      As we discussed, the router you still have from us is rented 😅 You pay the €5.95 monthly rental fee for it. You must send this router back to us once with the return label 🙌🏽
