Internet falls repeatedly since three days

Our internet connection(Magenta M) drops repeatedly. It has been five days. I checked the router and follow the procedure fritzbox suggested. However, it didn't help. There seems to be no problem with the router. Chat bot in telekom restarted connection line several times and it works for few minutes. Later, it just drops sporadically.
last year, when the similar problem appears, there was a loose connection at the main board in the Keller in our building.

As just discussed, the internet dropouts are very noticeable and accordingly have set an appointment for Wednesday, May 31 with a technician. I would be happy if you give me a message with the current status after the appointment.

I think I am confused at the moment.
I got a call in the morning, unfortunately I did not pay attention to call number. I thought she is technician and ask me certain details. I thought the problem is solved and she will call me once again later at 15 hrs. Therefore, I left home for the work.
I just got a call, I did not recognize that it is a technician whom is coming to building. Since I was busy at work, I told a person that the internet is working good since the morning and turn the technician away. He thought that Problem is solved. I just recognize now that I did a mistake.
Sorry, but hope internet will be stable, otherwise have to make a new appointment. Should I make a new appointment ?
