Internet not working

Internet suddenly stopped today, router is unable to synchronize and I have restarted and checked wiring multiple times. No luck.
Some logs:
2025-05-06 13:20:50(R106) Info: PADT Paket wurde vom HG gesendet
2025-05-06 13:20:50(R006-1) DSL antwortet nicht mehr (erfolgreiche DSL-Synchronisierung wurde verloren).

It looks like there is physical interruption of the connection. I booked a technician appointment for Thursday 8th May 09:00 am - 01:00 pm.
Let me know if the colleague was able to fix the issue.
