Hello everyone!
Sorry for writing in English but I'm looking for help about our internet speed and connectivity. I can't seem to find an email address where I can write my complain. Is there any way to reach Telekom apart from calling them and chatting. We have prepared the complain letter in German but there is no email address anywhere.

- Router type and its firmware version
- about the nature of the problems mentioned
- how the connection speed was measured (by speed test)?

And what will it change? Will they send another Technician? The line in the building is good, in fact if we measure directly from the distributor box it is still slow(download speed). Upload speed seems to went up from the 21 to 34 which is ok from the 40. Download is basically still the same never or rarely reaching 50 Mbit/s which is way too slow for the 100 I pay for.
I will try to report the line the last time then kindly leave Telekom and change provider if nothing will change.
