Internet Speed Upgrade / Waitlist

Hello,
I was trying to see if a speed upgrade was possible for my current contract. The online map, and order page both show VDSL 250 available, however the options on the service portal and app ether load forever, or bring me to an add on page. I am currently using 16 mb/s dsl / 5G hybrid system.
Additionally, if high speed is not currently available, I was told I could be placed on a waiting list. Is there a way to confirm if I’m on this list and if not how to get on it? Thank you

Hello @JMan3392 , I just tried to call you but got the checkback signal after seconds, that the line is busy.
I got the response from the technical department and unfortunately, the technical ressources are fully exhausted. Either we are lucky and a line will be free, because someone is cancelling his contract or we have to wait for an extension, but that can take months. 😕
If you want, we can do the change for a higher bandwidth and wait.

Thank you for looking into this. Just have a follow up question. Is there any waitlist that I could be out on to automatically be upgraded or notified when resources become available? Or do I have to keep checking?

Unfortunately there is no "waiting list". If we change the tariff, you'll be automatically upgraded, when there are new capacities. 😊
