Internet streaming issue and game playing issue

I have been using Telekom internet since May and have been experiencing severe performance issues.

Every day between 18:00 and 23:00, I face constant buffering on streaming sites and high latency in games.

The connection becomes nearly unusable during these peak hours.

While I originally thought it was a problem with the services I was using, research suggests this is a routing/peering issue within the Telekom network.

I am very frustrated and would like to know what steps can be taken to fix this.

How can we resolve this issue?

      Exactly the same problem here. For the past days, no Cloudflare pages or services loading at all in the afternoon and evening. Games lagging or unusable.

      The situation can only be described as an outrageous disgrace and a colossal cheek!

From your description, it seems like a peak-time performance issue, which can be caused by higher network load or routing/peering paths during busy hours.       Ironie dabei ist da das auf den Telekom Handys jetzt der Slogan „Im besten Netz.“ auftaucht.
