Invalid password on modem
Hello,
I just set up my modem and I tried to connect a device to it using the password on the bottom of the modem, but it says the password is incorrect. How do I get a new password?
Thank you

A modem does not require a password.
Hence: what kind of box / which model is this about?

Hello @jpmoffitt ,
to connect a device to your router,
you need the wlan key and not the password.
The password is to log in to the router's management interface.
By the way: which router do you have?
Kind regards

and I tried to connect a device
I assume you want to connect a device to an IAD (Internet Access Device = router) via WiFi. There are usually two passwords on the type plate of an IAD . One for accessing the user interface (UI) of the IAD and one for the WiFi connection. This is called the WLAN-Schlüssel (PSK) in German.
Best Regards
