Kündigung wegen Umzug zum Partner

Hallo,

 

wie ich oben schon geschrieben habe, ziehe ich zu meinem Partner in die Wohnung. Er hat bereits einen Anschluss bei der 1&1.

Ich habe meinen Telekomvertrag gekündigt. Auf der Kündigungsbestätigung steht, dass der Vertrag zum 09.01.2021 ausläuft.

Das ich die monatlichen Gebühren bis Januar 2021 weiter tragen muss, damit habe ich mich schon "angefreundet".

Ich hatte dann mit einer Mitarbeiterin telefoniert, da zum 01.09.2020 ein neuer Mieter in meine alte Wohnung einzieht und mein Vertrag  bis Januar 2021 läuft. Ich belege bis dahin ja die Leitung.

Lt. Ihrer Aussage kann der Nachmieter erst dann "sein" Internet nutzen, wenn meine Leitung frei ist, sprich wenn mein Vertrag ausgelaufen ist...

Gibt es da nicht andere Möglichkeiten, z.B. das ich früher aus dem Vertrag raus komme oder er zumindest schon ab 09/2020 die Leitung benutzen kann?

 

Ach ja, in dem Kündigungsschreiben und am Telefon habe ich die Situation erklärt...

    So, das wäre geregelt @Sina.12 . Fröhlich Da der Umzug nach Telekommunikationsgesetz nicht eingestellt werden kann, machst du vom Sonderkündigungrecht Gebrauch. Somit wird der Anschluss bereits zum 01.09.2020 beendet. Für die Kündigung und Rücksendung de Routers, kann das Retoureportal verwendet werden. Fröhlich
    Um die Adressänderung im Mobilfunk kümmere ich mich dann zu gegebener Zeit. Sollte zwischenzeitlich noch etwas anliegen oder Fragen auftauchen, bin ich hier. Lieben Gruß, Diandra S.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
