Dear community,

I need to move into dormitory of university recently, I checked the service area of Telekom, it doesn't cove, so i filled the Kündigung formula on the website yesterday, however Telekom sent me an email which says they will send a technician to my dorm  and also cost me the fee of it. But I really need is just canceling my contract and return the router i rent. What should I do?
