  • Seit dem 25.07.2019 kein LTE Empang. Nur noch E. Mein Standort ist Graal-Müritz

      Guten Morgen @anett-hilbig ☕️

       

      • Flugmodus ein- und wieder ausschalten
      • WLAN-Verbindung aus- und wieder einschalten
      • prüfen, ob mobile Daten eingeschaltet sind 
      • Handy komplett neu starten
      • bei iOS "Ruhe Modus" und Android "Nicht stören" prüfen (Mondsymbol im Kontrollzentrum).

      Ansonsten mal eine Störung melden Kundenservice Mobilfunk: 0800 33 02202
      vom Handy: 2202
