otherwise Telekom people do not have an insight in your customer data.
Just a hint: if you cancel the contract on June 30th latest then the end of the contract ist September 30th. If you do it on July 1st then the end of the contract is October 31st.
This proceeding is governed by German law.
No matter whether September 30th or October 31st you should keep you bank account because financially the final invoice where there usually is a refund will not be September 30th or October 31st - but could be one or even two months later.

Your email with the start "Hi, we are moving abroad (to Argentina) on September 30th, 2016 and would like to cancel our contracts (both: Telekom Zuhause and Mobilfunk)... " was sent on 5th of july 2016. We haven't other email. Sorry.

And also you told us that you needed proof that we are leaving, like the Abmeldungsbestätigung, and that paper is give by the Bürgeramt maximum 7 days BEFORE the date of leaving.
"Die Abmeldung kann im Zeitraum von 7 Tagen vor, muss aber bis 14 Tage nach dem Auszug vorgenommen werden. Sie erhalten eine Abmeldebestätigung."

So how can I cancel a contract 3 months in advance if I leave the country, when the only proof that I am officially leaving is given to me 7 days before departure?? I do understand that you need 3 months in advance on any other occasion (like cancelling because I am changing the provider), but I do NOT understand that you need 3 months in advance when you are leaving the country for good.

I am attaching a screenshot of today's email where I re-sent the fist email dated June 29th.
So again, I don't get how I should give 3 months notice anyway, when Germany gives you proof to show to the services (Telekom, Electricity, etc), only 7 days before leaving.....

I have taken a look at the facts. I will now cancel the existing termination and it will be set again to the end of September 2016. You will then receive a new letter of confirmation. I am glad that I could help you and I wish you a good time in Argentina.
