Laut Karte 250 VDSL konnte aber nur 6MBits bestellen

Guten Tag zusammen,

ich habe ein Haus gekauft und bin wieder zur Telekom gewechselt. Leider konnte ich nur die 6 MBits/s bestellen, aber die telekom.de/schneller sagt es sind bis zu 250 VDSL verfügbar. Ausserdem hat mich der Techniker, der mir den Anschluss aufgelegt hat recht komisch angeschaut warum ich so eine langsame Leitung bestellt habe. Er meinte das ich nur umgehängt werden müsste um eine schnellere Leitung zu bekommen. Leider ist die Warteschlange recht voll bei der Hotline und darum versuche ich mal hier mein Glück.

Wo kann ich mich hinwenden oder was kann ich tun damit ich mehr Speed bekomme?
Ich bin natürlich auch bereit einen Unkostenbeitrag zu bezahlen, wenn es erforderlich ist.

    Hallo @Fischer Andre

    leider zeigen unsere Leitungsdatenbanken keine Verzweigung zu VDSL 250. Es ist auch kein Ausbau geplant.

    Danke für die Stellungnahme,

    ich verstehe zwar nicht wie in einer Strasse Häuser, die fast gleich alt sind so unterschiedliche Anschlüsse haben können, vor allem wenn vor meiner Adresse und nach meiner Adresse wesentlich schnelleres Internet verfügbar ist und der Telekom Techniker sagt es geht. Aber ich schliesse daraus das, da es in der Strasse schon schnelles Internet gibt da lange nichts gemacht wird. In der heutigen Zeit mit 6 Mb rumzukramen ist für mich sicher keine Lösung. Da bleibt also doch nur der Wechsel zu RST. Echt schade.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
