Losing WiFi and freezing

Question

Hi, I need some advice before I lose myself

Recently the WiFi keeps dropping and when the LAN cable is connected to Apple TV it freezes every 20 seconds!
I checked the line with T Mobile all ok and I upgraded the speed to Maximum to remove any issue their!

please help

What router/ IAD  are u using?
