Losing WiFi and freezing

Hi, I need some advice before I lose myself
Recently the WiFi keeps dropping and when the LAN cable is connected to Apple TV it freezes every 20 seconds!
I checked the line with T Mobile all ok and I upgraded the speed to Maximum to remove any issue their!
please help

What device?
what router did you use?
which frequency did you use 2,4 or 5 GHz?

Ok.. so I am using a speed port smart 3 router! Tried both 2.5 and 5ghz! The wifi keeps dropping off after a few minutes then picks up again! I plugged my LAN cable into Apple TV but this also keeps freezing!
I have reset Apple TV, switched router off and back on, checked the cables l, did a ping to check WiFi which return 17ms ping time 90 mbps download and upload of 30
