MagentaZuhause XL Down- und Upload zu gering

Hallo an das Forum,

ich habe sei gestern MagentaZuhause XL gebucht und der Download ist knapp 100 Mbit/s, der Upload knapp 20 Mbit/s.

Als Router ist ein FB7590 am Werk und vorher hatte ich mit MagentaZuhause L fast identische Daten. Upload sogar noch mehr.

 

Ist erstmal ein wenig frustierend - gibt es da eine Lösung?

    Danke für deine Hinweise - habe ich auch gemacht und ein wenig hat sich der Download verbessert auf 129 Mbit/S im Speedtest - Upload bleibt bei 19,8 Mbit/S. Im Onlinemonitor steht nach wie vor 149,2 Download und 42,9 Upload.

    Das Leitungskabel werde ich auch noch untersuchen.

    Habe jetzt bei der Telekom erstmal eine Störung gemeldet. Mal sehen was wird.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
