Guten Abend mein Aktueller Anschluss ist die Geschwindigkeit 62.5 Mbit/s aber im meinem vertrag steht 100Mbit/s .

Ich bezahlte für die 100Mbit/s im Monat und bekomme aber nur die 62.5 Mbit/s.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen.
