..nicht das loginpw
2.nimm besser imap.
3. Outlook 2010 ist ohne Wartung und steinalt und nicht mehr sicher.
Nimm thunderbird..
Dort deine emailadresse und passwort emailpgme eintragen..fertig..kein serverangabe usw nötig

Und wenn dir deine Mails wichtig sind..
Mailstorehome als sicheres Archiv zusätzlich nur zur Ablage..ohne Löschen vom telekom server einrichten.
Telekom server ist kein sicherer Ort..Siehe verlustanzeigen hier im THC..

Die Mailserver der Telekom verlangen gesicherte Verbindungen (TLS >= 1.2).
Und das Passwort für Email-Programme muss angelegt und genutzt werden;
Ob Outlook2010 die Anforderungen alle erfüllt, bezweifle ich mal. Wechsel auf neuere Versionen von Outlook oder ein aktuelleres anderes Mailprogramm.
