Mindestgeschwindigkeit bei VDSL 100

Hallo

habe VDSL 100 bestellt, am 18.01 ist es soweit, jetzt will ich wissen:

 

lt. Auftragsbestätigung Mindestgeschwindigkeit 54 Mbit, ist das Geschwindigkeit mit der Router synchonisiert, oder Geschwindigkeit die man tatsächlich bekommt, und wenn ja was wäre dann mindestens Sync für Downstream?
