By law you can move your existing contract to the new address at a fee of 70€ - provided that the operator can deliver the identical contract at the new address. This needs to be checked by (in your case) Telekom - and this will be done if you order Telekom to move your contract. If feasible the contract minimum duration date will be unchanged. If not feasible an early termination clause will be your option.

Alternatively in case the new address offers a faster connection you can alter the contract - a new minimum duration (normally 24 months) will apply.

Telekom offers also a construct of "overlapping move" - which basically means a new contract at the new address and an "early" termination of the contract at the old address after a specified time. If you are using Telekom Mail ("xyz@t-online.de" or "xyz@magenta.de") or if you are using a MagentaTV tariff then this means additional hassle - e.g. MagentaTV recordings will not be transferable.

If you order the move today I see basically good chances that your wish can be fulfilled, also in the "overlapping move" variant. Of course under the condition that at the new address sufficient resources are available (which is not 100% sure).

Probably best an English speaking forum Teamie supports you in this contractual issue. A call from this Teamie to you will be needed, you should be ready to provide the last digits of your IBAN number. Best to have in your forum profile contract details, mobile number and info at which times one may contact you in that matter.
