NEED TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT ASAP

Hello,

I have bought from you an internet plan and the technicians want to come on 28.10 and I have to change the appointment to 29.10.

I reside in a different EU country and I am not in Germany yet.

The phone provided only speaks German and I speak English and the website to change appointments is down! 

Can you please allow me to change my appointment before I get a fine?

      As discussed, the router was delivered to your neighbors today. 👍🏽 We were able to successfully postpone the delivery date to the 29th of October 2025. You will receive a confirmation of the date by email shortly.

      Hi Timur, just wanted to check if you have any info who took my router, as i did not receive any info about that in the mailbox. :)
