How to change technician appointment date

Hello, 

 

I recently ordered a package DSL. Telekom set an appointment date. on that day, I am busy. I have chatted with an agent and she changes the new date but I did not get any email or SmS. how can I notice the date is changed?

      Alright, got it. So you changed the appointment to 14th of January, but now you need the old one with 18th of January back. I informed our Disposition.
      I'll keep you up to date. As soon as the appointment is confirmed I'll come back to you.
