Technician appointment

Hello,

I got my connection appointment today (04/27/2021) and the technician should come between 8 am - 4 pm. However, even though we talked earlier and I tracked on the link that the technician will arrive in 30 minutes, nobody came after that. I have my name on the ring bell and the address was clear but nobody ring the bell or nothing happened. I can't speak German but we talked on phone with technician in English beforehand, so I declared that I am at home. However, after 30 minutes passed our talked on phone, I got an email that says technician came but didn't find me at home which is not true because I was at home waiting for him to ring the bell. Did I do something wrong in there?  

After that, my friend reached out to call center on my behalf to talk in German and arrange another appointment for me this Thursday afternoon but my other questions are here:

1- Is he / she going to call me when arrives?

2-Am I going to be charged 2 times for this issue?

3-Do I need another confirmation email for this appointment which I didn't get yet until now?

    I'm very sorry to hear that.
    I have looked at the technician's report.
    He wrote that you did not open the door.
    A new appointment has already been booked for you.
    The technician will come on 29 April between 8am and 13pm.
