Network problem again the one that was never fixed

The problem I have had with my network connection has returned again obviously the problem never actually went.  I can't contact anybody again no one is updating my ticket which has been two weeks now.  It feels like groundhog day, Telekom have cost approximately 200 euros you told me my router was faulty I bought a new one approximately 170 Euros, the problem was not resolved.  The engineer convinced me the router I had bought was not good enough for the VPN service I was using.  I was sent a Fritz box the connection worked for a month and now the problem returned obviously there has been an underlying problem which has not been resolved.  The result of all this is:

1. I bought a new router which I am no longer using and can't return

2. I have been provided with a router and renting ( my phone bill has now increased)

3. The problem has not gone away.

Fortunately my contract expires at the end of December and I have time to cancel which I am seriously thinking of doing.

The type of the Fritzbox is completely missing, also its installed firmwareversion.

      Fritzbox 7590?

OS 07.20 for example is causing problems with certain Nokia/Broadcom-switchboards.

      Hello @allan-watson,

I'm sorry to read that you are facing difficulties regarding your landline.
On which time are you available for a call so I can take a closer look at that?

      Kind Regards
      Malte M.

The problem is back again I have a download speed of 50 Meg of corrupted data, with a very high bit error rate.  Streaming TV almost impossible.  I have found a solution to the problem return to the UK.

      Hey @allan-watson

I'm sorry for the late reply. Does the problem still exist? Can you send a screenshot of the Router-Log? With your VDSL 50 Line you should definitely able to stream TV. Ist you TV connected via Wi-Fi or via LAN?

      Regards
      Karsten L.
