Das musst Du den Anbieter Deiner Wahl fragen, welche Vereinbarungen der mit der Telekom trifft.

In dem Fall kann Dein Anbieter Dir das derzeit einfach nicht anbieten.
Vielleicht tritt er ja irgendwann in Verhandlungen mit der Telekom - das sollte aber auch dieser Anbieter Dir sagen können, was seine Pläne sind. Die wirst Du nicht von der Telekom erfahren.
Die Telekom könntest Du beispielsweise als deren Kunde ähnliches fragen wo die Telekom nur max. 16 Mbit/s schnelle Anschlüsse anbieten kann und wo ein anderes Unternehmen Glasfaser ausgebaut hat. Derzeit wirst Du da von der Telekom keinen glasfaserbasierten Anschluss über die "Fremdglasfaser" erhalten können. Die Telekom bietet nur dort wo andere Unternehmen VDSL Vectoring ausgebaut haben unter Umständen ihre Tarife an, um die fremde VDSL Vectoring Technik nutzen zu können.
