Which router is THAT? Exact model name.
The internet works with the reset router, right? Is it just a matter of pairing the Wi-Fi repeaters?
And is it really "Speedhome WiFi"? The white ones? Or the black ones? They're called "Speedhome WLAN."

has the router a working Wi-Fi signal, but the connection to the mesh hardware won't link?

Try connecting the wifi repeater via LAN to the router. Yellow to yellow. Wait for it to boot up. Reset the wifi repeater whilst connected.
Later on, when its linked to the router, you can place it somewhere else.

If it still doesn't work. Is it purchased like you said or do you pay a monthly fee for the device?
