Every appointment has been a NO SHOW on their part. Even when Telekom themselves schedule the appointment they don't show up. Telekom, IT IS 2026!!!! WHY THE HELL ARE WE STILL ON DSL????????? I'm at my wits end with this company. TMobile in the U.S.A. is so much more reliable then their partner company here in Germany.
If anyone has any suggestions on how we can unclog this corporate constipation, please let me know.
