TMobile in the U.S.A. is so much more reliable
WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FIBER SINCE 2023!!!!! Between our Hausmeister and me, we have scheduled SEVEN...count them...SEVEN appointments to have a technician come out and hook up Fiber. Every appointment has been a NO SHOW on their part. Even when Telekom themselves schedule the appointment they don't show up. Telekom, IT IS 2026!!!! WHY THE HELL ARE WE STILL ON DSL????????? I'm at my wits end with this company. TMobile in the U.S.A. is so much more reliable then their partner company here in Germany.
If anyone has any suggestions on how we can unclog this corporate constipation, please let me know.

Because everyone is waiting for fiber and you are not the middle of the world. But i guess a Teamie will tell you a little more friendly
