Continuous Invoice for Terminated Rental Contract

Hi,

I terminated my rental contract from Telekom when I moved to a new address but I am still getting charged every month. When I contacted them in WhatsApps, they confirmed that I do not have any active contract and that I am still being charged for the monthly costs. The router has been returned a long time ago but I could not find the return receipts anymore. What should I do to stop the invoices?

      Hi Sven, when I try to update my profile,  it asks for a valid customer number before I can also save my mobile number. Is there another way that I could give you my mobile number?

      I could not find the return receipts anymore

      Somehow very common issue. Why didn’t you keep it? At last you need to proof your return. Maybe it can be still sorted out.

      Somehow when I try the direct message, it doesn't seem like the message is sent to your personal inboxes. Is there another way that I could provide my contact details? Perhaps via email?
