Hello,
First of all, please excuse me for writing in English, my German is not very good yet.
Can someone please explain to me how should I write an official complaint to Deutsche Telekom Headquarters office? I am really angered by the employees they visit my apartment cancled my Vodaphone contract.
To explain why the upset, there was a good offer they gave me in May 2021 on taking a subscription with Telekom megnta XXL for 19.90 euro for six month and then I can call them and switch to Megnta XL for 19.90 euro , but now they are changing me 55 euro . I told to this employee after six month please change my contact to Megnta XL , they said yes we will update in our system after that only that only I signed the contract because I am not very good with German yet and you don't always find someone to talk in English. Finally, I try to talk today with one person. The TELKOM employee said that there is nothing they can do, and a big round of NOs in our conversation.
First of all, by they send this kind of fake employees in our house and give us wrong deal who was decided?
I really want to change my subscription with Megnta XL, can someone help me to file official complaint to Deutsche Telekom Headquarters office?

Er schließt einen XXL ab und bekommt eine Auftragsbestätigung über 6 Monate für 19,95 und dann 59,95€ das war es.
der TE geht davon aus, dass er nach 6 Monate in den XL für 19,95€ wechseln kann. der kostet aber 55€
Kann er halt nicht zu dem niedrigen Preis, da die 6 Monate ja rum sind.
Vermutlich hat er es falsch verstanden, oder es wurde ihm falsch gesagt, dass wird sich nicht mehr klären lassen.
In der Auftragsbestätigung findest sich dazu vermutlich nichts.

@ Marcel2605 and @Stefan - Thanks for your replay, as per the agent after 6 months i have the option to go with low speed internet , its really expensive for me and i love like to go with the low tariff.
Please advice how to proceed future.

Magenta XL instead of Magenta XXL, which is 5 € cheaper (54,95 instead of 59,95 €)
Magenta XL for € 19.95 is no longer available after a 6-month contract - if the contract starts in May, that was over in October.
From my point of view, no help is possible.
The contract is effective and must be fulfilled.
You can wait for someone from the team and hope for goodwill, but I wouldn't put my expectations into it
