Problem beim einer Glasfaser einrichtung wegen veraltetem Glasdosierer

Ich habe den Aktivierungslink für meinen Glasfaseranschluss erhalten und als ich nach Eingabe der Glasdoser-ID versuchte, den Installationsanweisungen zu folgen, erhielt ich die Meldung „Daten sind fehlerhaft“ und konnte mit der Installation nicht weiter fortfahren. Ich habe mich an die Kundenhotline der Telekom gewandt und sie sagen, es liege daran, dass mein Glasdoser-Modell veraltet sei (die ID beginnt mit Axxxxxx) und ein Telekom-Techniker den Glasdoser austauschen muss, um die Verbindung zu aktivieren. Ich habe versucht, die Hotline zu erreichen, um einen Termin mit dem Techniker zu vereinbaren, aber niemand kann mir einen Termin nennen, aber am Ende wird mein Anruf unterbrochen. Es ist fast eine Woche her, seit meine Bestellung bearbeitet wurde, aber da ich immer noch kein Internet habe und meine Prüfungen in zwei Wochen anstehen, ist es wirklich schwierig, mich ohne Internet in meiner Wohnung auf meine Vorbereitung zu konzentrieren. Irgendeine Hilfe, um mein Problem zu lösen?

Stell sicher, dass du deine Kundennummer sowie Rückrufnummer und ein dazugehöriges großzügiges Zeitfenster in deinem Profil hinterlegt hast.

There is a big free text area where you can just manually write a time slot for the next days.
Maybe a Teamie will look into it today but they need a time slot where they can reach out.

@Sven Ö. I still havent got any updates on my connection activation & the technician appointment , its really hard to focus on my work and exam preparations with no active internet connection , would be really helpful if you could help me sorting this issue at the earliest

Its been almost 21 days since my order was created and I still don't have an active internet connection at my home and every calls to the hotline and writing to the community hasn't helped solving my issue , I am wondering what makes it so difficult to have a technician appointment setup just to change my old glassdoser with a new one so I can have my connection activated , really disappointing to the core and making me go in circles over the last 3 weeks to have my connection activated and its very badly impacting my work life as i work from home and travelling to office 2 hours a day isnt possible. I am kind of helpless and lost and feel like there is no way I am going to have my connection activated after waiting this long.

Of course I can understand your anger 🙏🏽 This is not a nice situation 😓 The colleagues from the specialist department have given us feedback that the fiber optic socket needs to be replaced, but the old order was incorrect in the system ☹️ A new fiber optic order has already been placed. As the address is a BULK order, the installation date for the fiber optic socket will be coordinated with the property management. Please ask the property management company whether a date has already been set.
