Problem mit Schnurlostelefon Gigaset AL230A nach Anschluss an W724V-Router

Seit  einigen Tagen ist mein Gigaset AL230A am Telecom-Router  W724V angeschlossen. Leider mußte ich feststellen,  dass ich vom Mobilteil nun keinen Zugriff mehr auf die Basis habe d.h. im Menu wird nur noch  "Basis" angezeigt, die nachgeordnete Menufunktionen nicht.  Beim Aufruf "Menu" fehlt auch die Menufunktion "Nachrichten".

 

Die übrigen Telefonfunktion sind OK..

    Hallo @gerhard.mueck,

     

    das ist das 'normale' Verhalten fuer den Fall das du das Gigaset Mobilteil an die DECT -Basis des Speedport Router angemeldet hast.

    In diesem Fall 'unterhalten' sich die Geraete ueber das Herstelleruebergreifende DECT /GAP Protokoll. Das regelt im grossen und ganzen wie Mobilteil und Basis miteinander gekoppelt werden und wie ein Telefongespaech zu handhaben ist. Einstellungen und weiterfuehrende Funktionen gibt es in diesem Fall nicht.

     

    Da der Anrufbeantworter des Gigaset in der Gigaset Basis untergebracht, das Mobilteil aber mit dem Speedport Router verbunden ist, funktioniert auch die 'Nachrichten' Taste nicht.

     

    Wenn du das gewohnte Verhalten zurück haben möchtest, dann Verbindest du deine Gigaset Basis mit dem TAE -Kabel mit dem Speedport Router, meldest das Gigaset Mobilteil wieder an der Gigaset Basis an und richtest, soweit notwendig, den Telefonanschluss im Speedport ein
