Questions about device rental incorrect invoice item and adding new devices to rental

Once glassfiber was provisioned, I had returned the old Speedport Smart 4 router and the Hybrid 5G receiver. This was replaced by a new device contract for Speedport Smart 4 plus.

 

In my most recent invoice, for the period of 01.09.24 - 30.09.24, I am being charged an item "Speedport Smart und 5G -Empfäng". I have already returned these devices once the new router was received. Can someone clarify if this was an error in the invoice?

 

Further, I am also looking into trying out the mesh network with 3x Speed Home WLAN devices. I noticed that for the current rental price of EUR 7.95, the WLAN Comfort Glasfaser option gives me an additional Speed Home WLAN. Is it possible to get this included into my existing rental so I just need to rent the additional devices I need? I would like to avoid unnecessary logistics to arrive at the required combination.

    Hi @nulltermination ,

    how long ago did you return these devices? Typically it takes some time until all the invoices are adapted to new setups. All past invoices will be automatically corrected. So I would assume that your next invoice should include the corrections.

    For the Speed Home WLANs you should talk to the Telekom Team here I think. So you will have to be a little bit patient.

    For the Telekom Team, I am fairly open so feel free to call anytime today (Saturday)  between 1000-1900. On Monday 1000-1400 / 1800-2000.
