I am sorry if I write this post in English, but I am an expat and my German is not so good, at least not enough to explain this properly.

I am trying to cancel the Computerhilfe L option from my contract for days now, but I got zero support from Telekom at the moment, so I hope someone here can kindly assist me or give me some suggestions about how to proceed. I applied to Telekom via Check24 long time ago and at some point the Computerhilfe L has been activated, without me requesting it in any way. I just discovered this recently and I tried to remove it from customer service, but I cannot find anywhere the option #Computerhilfe, it is only mentioned in my bill, every month.. but nowhere else in kundenservice, so I have no idea how to remove it.

I am already beyond my 24 months with this Telekom contract and I find it very unfair that Telekom prevents me to remove this option that was added in a sneaky way, in my opinion... I tried via chat, telephone and I am now trying to book an appointment in a shop.. but the system crashes and doesn't allow me to book anything...

Can someone please help me with this or suggest me how to proceed? If I don't sort it out quickly I will just cancel my subscription, anyway I am well beyond 24 months.. I am really annoyed by this situation.

Ich versuche seit Tagen, die Computerhilfe L Option aus meinem Vertrag zu streichen, aber ich habe im Moment null Unterstützung von der Telekom, daher hoffe ich, dass mir hier jemand helfen kann oder mir ein paar Vorschläge machen kann, wie ich vorgehen soll. Ich habe mich vor längerer Zeit über Check24 bei der Telekom beworben und irgendwann wurde die Computerhilfe L aktiviert, ohne dass ich dies in irgendeiner Weise beantragt habe. Ich habe dies erst vor kurzem entdeckt und versucht, sie im Kundenservice zu entfernen, aber ich kann nirgends die Option #Computerhilfe finden, sie wird nur in meiner Rechnung erwähnt, jeden Monat.. aber nirgends sonst im Kundenservice, also habe ich keine Ahnung, wie ich sie entfernen kann.

Ich bin bereits über meine 24 Monate mit diesem Telekom-Vertrag hinaus und ich finde es sehr unfair, dass die Telekom mich daran hindert, diese Option zu entfernen, die meiner Meinung nach auf eine hinterhältige Weise hinzugefügt wurde... Ich habe es per Chat und Telefon versucht und jetzt versuche ich einen Termin in einem Geschäft zu buchen... aber das System stürzt ab und lässt mich nichts buchen...

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen oder einen Vorschlag machen, wie ich vorgehen soll? Wenn ich das nicht schnell in Ordnung bringe, werde ich einfach mein Abonnement kündigen, ich bin sowieso schon weit über 24 Monate hinaus... Ich bin wirklich verärgert über diese Situation.

Telekom Kundencenter is an unpleasant mess.

But @Marcel2605 shows you how you can cancel it.

Good to know:

Computerhilfe is normally not following the 24 month schedule of the underlying DSL contract, but has rather its own contract start date and its own miminum contract duration (typically 12 months in current offerings)

It is like @Marcel2605 said, you can use the selfservice-link: https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/kuendigung-zusatzprodukte to cancel the Computerhilfe.
