I am sorry if I write this post in English, but I am an expat and my German is not so good, at least not enough to explain this properly.

I am trying to cancel the Computerhilfe L option from my contract for days now, but I got zero support from Telekom at the moment, so I hope someone here can kindly assist me or give me some suggestions about how to proceed. I applied to Telekom via Check24 long time ago and at some point the Computerhilfe L has been activated, without me requesting it in any way. I just discovered this recently and I tried to remove it from customer service, but I cannot find anywhere the option #Computerhilfe, it is only mentioned in my bill, every month.. but nowhere else in kundenservice, so I have no idea how to remove it.

I am already beyond my 24 months with this Telekom contract and I find it very unfair that Telekom prevents me to remove this option that was added in a sneaky way, in my opinion... I tried via chat, telephone and I am now trying to book an appointment in a shop.. but the system crashes and doesn't allow me to book anything... 

Can someone please help me with this or suggest me how to proceed? If I don't sort it out quickly I will just cancel my subscription, anyway I am well beyond 24 months.. I am really annoyed by this situation.
