How does one find the address to send equipment back and confirm cancellation? I found the online form and filled it out but ther was no notice about where to drop off rented equipment at  a store or a  office address. Is there a new English customer service number? The German hotline is unable to communicate with my foolish Englisch only self but I still need to verify the cancellation order was accepted since I didn't get an acknowledgement receipt.
