Returning a router

Dear all,
sorry for writing in English, I am a foreigner who spent some time living in Germany, I moved out last year and cancelled the contract but ever since I cannot send back the router. The online tool that helps you do it doesn't work, when I type in my customer number and postal code, it doesn't locate me. Maybe I should have done it before cancelling the contract, as I do not exist anymore in Telekom's database as a customer. In any case, I am looking forward to your help to finally send the router back.

dont think anymore about it. You have got a credit on your last bill today for the router. It is not any more in our database.
So we are through.
