Router Lampe Status leuchtet weiß

Heute war ein Techniker da, um mir meinen Zugang freizuschalten. Ich habe nun den Router genau nach der Anleitung eingesteckt. Leider leuchtet nur die Lampe "Status" weiß, alles andere bleibt schwarz.

Was kann ich tun, um das zu beheben?
